Over the years, I have developed a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring others. I tutor children, teens, and even adults, in a variety of subject areas. Especially for young people, it is vital to instill in them the fundamentals necessary to thrive in today’s ever-changing, diverse world. Through a mutual exchange of respect, I promote an environment that is safe and encouraging, where students learn to consider and work through their own inquiries. It is my goal to develop young minds, creating critical thinkers and lifelong learners who are motivated to succeed. As for my adult students who only want to advance a specific skill set, my goal is to teach the content as efficiently and thoroughly as possible.

I strongly feel that if we enable children with knowledge and respect them as human beings, they can achieve great things. I want to be part of what helps the world have good, respectful and intelligent people. I aim to be an upstanding role model with my exceptional work ethic and warm nature. I believe that in order to effectively teach children, they must be willing to learn. Many children have intrinsic motivation to succeed academically, while others do not. Enriching my students’ lives by helping them develop a true love of learning is a challenge I accept with sincere enthusiasm. I want nothing more than to see children succeed, which of course has a different meaning for each child.

Oftentimes, children become defeated when they struggle in a specific academic area. Through innovative adaptation of already-established curriculum material, I believe that all students are capable of reaching their own spectacular moments of epiphany. I feel no greater accomplishment than when my guidance and support improves my students’ self-esteem in this way. Solid and thorough preparation for junior high and high school is such an important part of each student’s continuous progress as their responsibilities increase and their lives become more complex. It is my primary goal to teach my students the necessary steps to take at each stage of their academic lives in order to be most successful.
